Ingredients :

  • 240 g of flour (of your choice)
  • 3 banana
  • 24 g of cocoa
  • 15 g of agave syrup
  • 12 g of baking powder
  • 70 g of ORIGINAL POST WORKOUT (2 scoops)
  • 480 g of vegetable milk (oats)


You can make these pancakes with the Post Workout of your choice!

The steps of the recipe:

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl, add a dose of 20g of POST WORKOUT ORIGINAL

  2. Add all the rest of the ingredients, finishing with the vegetable milk

  3. Mix vigorously with a whisk so that there are no lumps.

  4. EOn a previously greased pan, pour a tablespoon of the mixture. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute 30 minutes until bubbles appear, then turn the pancake over.
