Don't panic, we have the solution so you can treat yourself while keeping your goals in sight. With our protein cookie recipe, you will no longer wonder how to compensate, but how you managed without it until now.

For 12 cookies:

  • 200g oat flakes
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 scoop of Post Workout Cookie
  • 1 half sachet of baking powder
  • 150g dark chocolate (200g if you have a sweet tooth)

The recipe was made with the Post Workout Cookie, but you can opt for the Raspberry Post Workout for a fruity taste or for the original taste for better effects on your body.

The steps of the recipe:

  1. Crush the dark chocolate and reserve it

  2. Mash the bananas to make a puree

  3. Mix the flakes, bananas and baking powder

  4. Add the crushed chocolate to the preparation

  5. Form balls and crush them with the palm of your hand

  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees

  7. Ready to enjoy!
