Ingredients :

  • 4 speculoos
  • 60 g of vegan skyr
  • 20g coconut oil
  • 30 g of RASPBERRY POST WORKOUT
  • 20 g of almond puree
  • 5-6 raspberries
  • 5-6 blueberries

Be careful, the result will be slightly greener in this case due to the larger quantity of spirulina.

  1. Crumble the speculoos in a salad bowl

  2. Pour the coconut oil on top then mix

  3. Divide them into ramekins, pressing down with a spoon.

  4. Pour the vegan skyr and the almond puree into a salad bowl

  5. Add the Øzers proteins then mix

  6. Divide the mixture into the ramekins and add the fruit
