Dare our chia seed and raspberry pudding!
This vegan, protein-packed raspberry pudding offers a balanced taste experience with sweet, fruity and creamy flavors, all in a presentation that will really make you want to devour it.
It's a delicious and nutritious dessert, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings while sticking to a vegan and protein diet.
Ingredients
- 50 g of vegetable yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1/2 scoop of Øzers Raspberry Post Workout or Delicious Red Fruit Protein
- A large handful of raspberries
- 170 ml of vegetable milk
- A handful of cereals and dried fruits
The steps of the recipe
- Add the yogurt, two tablespoons of chia seeds, half a scoop of protein and 170 ml of vegetable milk to a blender
- Set 2 or 3 raspberries aside
- Add the rest of the raspberries
- Leave the preparation to rest in the refrigerator for 3 hours
- Add cereals, dried fruits and the few raspberries reserved previously, as a topping
