Vegan protein brownie: the strong and healthy snack.

With 12g of plant-based protein per serving, this soft and melting brownie is the perfect snack to indulge yourself and achieve your goals. Its delicious chocolate taste will satisfy your sweet tooth without making you feel guilty.

Ingredients :

  • 200 oat flour
  • 40 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 20 g of baking powder
  • 2 scoops of POST WORKOUT COOKIE
  • 120 g of chocolate chips
  • 120 g of vegetable yogurt
  • 480 ml almond milk
  • 20 ml of liquid vanilla flavor
  • 120 ml maple syrup

The recipe was made with Post Workout Cookie, but you can also choose our Delicious Vanilla Protein.

The steps of the recipe

  1. Mix all the powdered ingredients in a bowl
  2. Add the vegetable yogurt, mixing little by little.
  3. Do the same with almond milk and maple syrup
  4. Add the chocolate chips and mix
  5. Pour the mixture into small molds or ramekins
  6. Cook for 20-25 min at 180°C
  7. It's ready !
