Whether you train in the morning or in the evening, taking a post training by NØKO directly after training will allow optimal recovery between training sessions. Thus, it gives the possibility of chaining training sessions, even intense ones, without fatigue and with energy!

Before to sleep

Having quality sleep is key to moving on with strength and motivation to training the next day. Taking a post-training 30 minutes before bedtime will allow you to fall asleep more easily and have quality sleep.



To break the hunger

The high protein and fiber content of post-training makes it very satisfying for very few calories (125 kcal per portion).
During a craving, it is very effective in breaking hunger while allowing you to stay in tune with your diet.



How to take it

Pour a little water into your shaker, add 35 g (= 2/3 of the measuring spoon) of post training by NØKO, fill with water to reach 450 to 500 ml of water (you can also use vegetable milk , fruit juice and/or add 5 ml of agave syrup). Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, it's ready!



Recommended dose:1 to 2 servings per day.
