Ingredients :

  • 250g silken tofu

  • 50 g of 70% dark chocolate

  • A teaspoon of agave syrup

  • Grated coconut or other topping of your choice

  • 2 Øzers Hazelnut Spirulina bars

The recipe uses hazelnut spirulina protein bars, but you can use any Øzers bar!

The steps of the recipe

  1. Drain the silken tofu and put in the blender

  2. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie

  3. Add a teaspoon of agave syrup to the blender

  4. Pour the melted chocolate into the blender

  5. Mix for at least 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture is homogeneous.

  6. Cut the Øzers bars into small pieces

  7. Arrange the ingredients in a container

  8. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 3 hours

  9. Ready to enjoy!
