Ingredients for 2 smoothies

  • 225 g of ice cubes
  • 100 g of banana
  • 100g cucumber
  • 100 g golden apple
  • 90 g almond milk without added sugar
  • 35 g of ORIGINAL POST WORKOUT (1 scoop)
  • 22 g of fresh ginger
