Ingredients for 24 falafels (6 servings)

  • 1200g chickpeas
  • 1.5 Onion
  • 3 tsp cumin
  • 3 tsp paprika
  • 3 coriander sprouts
  • 3 tsp parsley
  • 150 g of ORIGINAL POST WORKOUT
  • 60g of water

The steps of the recipe:

  1. Drain the pre-cooked chickpeas
  2. Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces and mix with the chickpeas
  3. Mash the mixture with a fork for a softer texture and blend the mixture in a blender.
  4. Add the spices, herbs and dose of POST WORKOUT
  5. Mix with a spoon then form the balls
  6. Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees
