Ingredients for 24 falafels (6 servings)
- 1200g chickpeas
- 1.5 Onion
- 3 tsp cumin
- 3 tsp paprika
- 3 coriander sprouts
- 3 tsp parsley
- 150 g of ORIGINAL POST WORKOUT
- 60g of water
The steps of the recipe:
- Drain the pre-cooked chickpeas
- Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces and mix with the chickpeas
- Mash the mixture with a fork for a softer texture and blend the mixture in a blender.
- Add the spices, herbs and dose of POST WORKOUT
- Mix with a spoon then form the balls
- Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees
