A high-protein muffin with a delicious raspberry flavor
We all love muffins, whether for breakfast, snack or even dessert…
Just for you, here is a recipe concocted by @idir_ouarti, our ambassador, which will satisfy your desires.
This high-protein version will allow you to treat yourself without feeling guilty and without losing sight of your goals.
Ingredients :
- 300 grams of vegetable yogurt
- 180 grams of flour (semi-wholemeal or other depending on your taste)
- 150 ml of vegetable milk
- 20 grams of coconut oil
- 1 scoop of Post Workout Øzers Raspberry flavor
- 1/2 sachet of baking powder or 1 teaspoon of baking soda
The recipe was made with Raspberry Post Workout, but you can very well choose our Original Post Workout.
The steps of the recipe
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
- Add the yogurt, flour, milk, coconut oil and Post Workout to your salad bowl
- Mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste
- Add raspberries to the preparation
- Mix gently
- Add the batter to a muffin tin
- Bake for 25 minutes
