Protein rocks: the healthy and delicious holiday snack
With 13g of plant-based protein per serving, this crispy and tasty rock is the perfect snack to enjoy as a family and achieve your goals. It will make you forget all the guilt!
Ingredients :
- 100 grams of hazelnut butter
- 50 grams of peanut butter
- 1 scoop of maple syrup
- 100 ml of vegetable milk
- 100 grams of dark chocolate
- A tablespoon of coconut oil
- A dozen hazelnuts
- 3 tablespoons of ozers vanilla protein (or chocolate) according to your desires 😉
- 200 grams of unsalted peanuts or hazelnuts
The recipe was made with vanilla vegetable protein.
The steps of the recipe
- Mix together the hazelnut butter, peanut butter, maple syrup, plant-based milk and Ozers protein powder until smooth.
- Form regular sized balls by incorporating a hazelnut inside.
- Reserve them in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Crush the peanuts or hazelnuts
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- Then add the coconut oil to the chocolate
- Coat the balls with this mixture, then roll them in the crushed peanuts or hazelnuts.
- Reserve in the fridge for at least an hour before tasting!
- Store for 15 days in an airtight container.
- Here you have delicious rocks very rich in protein, vegan and sugar-free!!
