Protein rocks: the healthy and delicious holiday snack

With 13g of plant-based protein per serving, this crispy and tasty rock is the perfect snack to enjoy as a family and achieve your goals. It will make you forget all the guilt!

Ingredients :

  • 100 grams of hazelnut butter
  • 50 grams of peanut butter
  • 1 scoop of maple syrup
  • 100 ml of vegetable milk
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
  • A tablespoon of coconut oil
  • A dozen hazelnuts
  • 3 tablespoons of ozers vanilla protein (or chocolate) according to your desires 😉
  • 200 grams of unsalted peanuts or hazelnuts

The recipe was made with vanilla vegetable protein.

The steps of the recipe

  1. Mix together the hazelnut butter, peanut butter, maple syrup, plant-based milk and Ozers protein powder until smooth.
  2. Form regular sized balls by incorporating a hazelnut inside.
  3. Reserve them in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Crush the peanuts or hazelnuts
  5. Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  6. Then add the coconut oil to the chocolate
  7. Coat the balls with this mixture, then roll them in the crushed peanuts or hazelnuts.
  8. Reserve in the fridge for at least an hour before tasting!
  9. Store for 15 days in an airtight container.
  10. Here you have delicious rocks very rich in protein, vegan and sugar-free!!
