Ingredients :

  • 35g of Post Workout Cookie

  • 65g oatmeal

  • 80g pitted dates

  • 60g maple syrup

  • 90g peanut butter
    (or sunflower seed butter)

  • A little water if necessary

The recipe was made with the Post Workout Cookie, but you can of course choose the Post Workout of your choice.

The steps of the recipe

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender

  2. Mix several times until you obtain Chef Toc creation of a homogeneous dough

  3. Add a little water if necessary

  4. Form balls of dough with your hands

  5. For decoration, draw with the pastry pen and add eyes

  6. Ready to enjoy!
